CFO with over 15 years of experience in risk management and financial structuring gained at JP Morgan, London Stock Exchange Group, and leading Italian asset management companies (SGRs). She has held and currently holds board positions in operating platforms in the education and social infrastructure sectors, coordinating fundraising totaling over €35 million across equity and debt, negotiating bank financing, and implementing planning and control systems to support financial governance. She is the founder of a flex/student housing operator, with experience in structuring and managing complex investments.
A Chartered Surveyor with nearly 30 years of experience in the acquisition, development and disposal commercial Real Estate projects, both in Italy and internationally. Senior Development roles with McArthur Glen (UK and Italy) and Actis (East Africa). Established and Managed development partnerships with ING, Hammerson and Axa. Run an investment and development platform for UK emerging-markets PE fund manager Actis. Managed the development of McArthur Glen Serravalle and partnered with ING RE to develop Castel Guelfo Outlet as well as other malls throughout Europe.
Luca is an MBA graduate from Bocconi University and has a long history in Italian real estate. Initially focused on the retail sector, Luca was CFO and General Manager for a number of local and international retail groups including LVMH, PPR, Metro and Castorama. He has supported the asset management of a number of portfolios including that of Apollo, BNP Paribas and Investire Sgr. Extensive track record in Real Estate, having been involved in transactions in excess of 1,5b€ and developed/managed more than 700,000 sqm of commercial assets.
Ing. Giuseppe De Pascale has a degree in civil engineering and construction with specialization in structures and qualifications in fire prevention certifications and construction sites project coordination. Giuseppe has gained experience working with the Italian Government, with several building and landscape commissions, as well as the head of municipal technical offices for 5 years. He oversaw works in several municipalities, including Milan (piazza Duomo, via Torino, c.so V. Emanuele), Rome (via del Corso), Florence (p.zza della Signoria), Venice (Rialto bridge), Naples, Bologna, Salerno, Palermo, Turin, etc. Specialized in urban planning, Giuseppe was responsible of carrying out numerous PUAs and one of his works was published in the National bulletin of the Superintendence.
